Our Interview Process

Application stage –

 Head to our The Right Pillar jobs page to view open roles. Even if you don’t meet every requirement listed in a job description that doesn’t mean we don’t want to hear from you. If you think you’d be a good fit for the job anyway, use your application to show us why! If a role isn’t currently open, we encourage you to apply for future consideration.

Application Review – 

Our recruiting team will review your application to see if it’s a good match for the position. Regardless of the outcome, you will hear back following your application with an update on your application status.

Recruitment Screen –

This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about us. A recruiter will reach out to schedule time to discuss the role and your interest in The  Right Pillar – and communicate detailed process expectations.

Team Interview – 

At this stage of the interview process, you will have an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and potential colleagues. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to present a take-home exercise to the team or be scheduled to meet with the leader of the department.

Final Decision –

Hopefully, after the team debriefs, you receive an offer. If not, we always provide candidates with updates on our decision regardless of the outcome and encourage you to apply for future openings at The Right Pillar.

New Hiring on Board – 

Once you’ve accepted the offer, our recruiting team will provide you with all of the information you need to know about The Right Pillar’s new hire onboarding process. As part of our onboarding process, you may go through a background check where local law permits such checks.
